dPMC dredge Production Monitor and Calculator (EN)
With this new stand alone unit it is possible to visualise, record and control your (dredging) process, using your own density and velocity meter.
The Unit has a main display showing the current production by means of a crosshair indicator, a production calculator and 4 visual graphs for pressures and levels. This allows the user to get the information needed to optimalize their process
Easy installation with the plug and play concept accepts 2 wire and 4 wire 4-20ma signals.
Has 8 inputs of which 6 are displayed on the main screen.
All values can be displayed in metric and imperial values.
All the necessary production values for your project can be set according to your location on the settings page.
Make a choice out of one of the multiple languages available on the user page. If your language is not supported we can update that on request prior to delivery.
Data logging is shown on its own page and can loaded to a standard USB via an external USB port. We are working on the option to send this logged data via SMS or Wifi for office use and you will be informed once his plug and play add on option is available
Our dPMC is aimed at the dredging industry but also has applications in other fields measuring velocities and densities.
CTS works together with all types of density and velocity meters having a 4-20ma signal output.

Met dit nieuwe stand alone unit is het mogelijk om met je eigen Snelheids meter en Dichtheids meter (voorzien van een 4-20Ma signaal), visualisatie en productie van je process te beheren.
Met eenvoudige installatie door middel van plug and play. Functies bevatten de volgende mogelijkheden: 2 instelbare inputs (4-20Ma) voor de productie veld en 6 instelbare inputs (4-20Ma) met keuze benaming die vervolgens met een bar grafiek wordt weergegeven naast de productie veld (voor diverse drukmetingen bijvoorbeeld).
Alle waardes kunnen in metrisch en Imperial waardes worden weergegeven. Productie afhankelijke waardes kunnen worden aangepast naar de omstandigheden op jouw locatie. De bar grafieken kunnen naar eigen inzicht benaamd worden. Je kunt kiezen uit meerdere talen.
Data logging is inbegrepen en is weergegeven op een eigen pagina en kan worden opgeslagen op een USB. Er wordt momenteel gewerkt aan een koppelbaar plug and play systeem voor uitlezen via SMS en/of Wifi transfer voor kantoor gebruik.
Met ons nieuwe product richten wij op de bagger industrie maar het heeft ook applicaties daarbuiten waarin een product via leidingen wordt getransporteerd.
CTS werkt samen met Rhosonics non nuclear density meters en een reeks snelheid meters.
